Sergio brings over 25 years of international industry experience. Originally based in Argentina, where he led multiple successful ventures in construction, hospitality, and agriculture. His proven ability to lead through economic hardship and execute complex projects with precision ensure each renovation is completed to the highest standards of workmanship.

Matthew brings a strong background in startup operations and business administration. His skills complement Sergio’s field expertise with strategic planning and scalable operational frameworks. Having grown up working alongside his father, a skilled carpenter, Matthew also brings a personal understanding of the renovation craft with an administrative skill set acquired by years of Personal Assisting, Tech start-up founding, and an MBA.
